VOIDWAKE Privacy Policy

VOIDWAKE is an offline game. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or gameplay data.

Local save data

Operative progress, settings, inventory, achievements, and active Rift state are stored only on the player's device. VOIDWAKE creates local backup save files to protect progress from an interrupted write. Deleting the app removes its local data unless the operating system restores that data from a device backup.

Device services and permissions

VOIDWAKE does not request access to the camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, location, Bluetooth, advertising tracking, or notifications. Haptic feedback and synthesized game audio are produced on-device and are not recorded.

Accounts, purchases, and third parties

Version 1.0 contains no account registration, advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. It contains no third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or cloud-save SDK.

The game uses the open-source Godot Engine and two typefaces distributed under the SIL Open Font License. These components run locally and do not collect player data.

Children

VOIDWAKE does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other player because the app does not collect personal information.

Retention and deletion

All game data controlled by VOIDWAKE remains locally on the device. Players can delete it by removing the app. Device-level backups are controlled by Apple and the player's operating-system settings.

Policy changes

If a future version adds an online service or changes its data practices, this policy and the App Store privacy declaration will be updated before that version is released.
